Munich, August 22, 2024 – Designed by American IT product specialist DT Research, the DT504TF all-in-one PC offers a future-proof solution for all point-of-care work. This fanless, energy-efficient AIO PC is explicitly built for long, service-free runtimes and is available with either Microsoft Windows 10/11 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu. The DT504TF can now be obtained from Munich-based value-added distributor Concept International.
The latest 14th generation i5 or i7 CPUs from Intel (Raptor Refresh), a maximum of 4 TB SSD and up to 64 GB RAM offer plenty of performance. Although this immense computing power is currently rarely fully utilized in the medical sector, the DT504TF guarantees “absolute investment and future security”, says Gero Weber, Business Development Manager Medical at distributor Concept International. According to Weber, the maintenance-free all-in-one PC will be able to meet every conceivable future requirement, including future AI applications, for years to come.
Flexibility and durability in everyday clinical use
The fanless, energy-efficient system with capacitive touchscreen looks like a 24-inch tablet. With Full HD or optional 4K resolution, the capacitive TFT-LCD touchscreen delivers razor-sharp images. It can be used flexibly with a Vesa mount on walls, swivel arms, business trolleys or with a stand on desks.
Meeting the EN 60601-1 and EN 60601-1-2 standards, the DT504TF upholds the highest requirements for safety, ergonomics, and electromagnetic compatibility in the medical sector. The impact-resistant ABS housing is protected against water droplets to IPX2, while the front is both water and dust-proof to IP65. Its antimicrobial-coated, detergent-resistant back ensures hygienic use even in demanding environments. Additionally, connections such as HDMI and LAN are safeguarded against electrostatic discharge (ESD) up to 4 kV through contact or 8 kV to air.
Interfaces and power supply
The integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth interfaces ensure fast data access and efficient workflows. Optional features such as a front camera, RFID reader and NFC for patient identification or a chip card reader for authentication extend the functionality.
The DT504TF offers extensive interfaces for Ethernet, USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and USB Type-C, all of which are protected against electrostatic discharge (ESD). An optional integrated UPS battery ensures reliable backup protection in the event of brief power interruptions to prevent data loss and system failures.

The DT504TF is now available with Microsoft Windows 10/11 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu from Munich-based value-added distributor Concept International. Services such as configuration and pre-installation for fast rollouts as well as advice and repairs are provided from Germany and guarantee fast response times and availability.
